MRR Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) is a key metric for measuring the predictable revenue generated by your subscriptions. It provides a snapshot of how much recurring revenue your business can expect to generate each month at any given time. Committed MRR Committed Monthly Recurring Revenue (CMRR) represents a forward-looking estimate of MRR, adjusted for known or scheduled changes—such as a customer’s confirmed plan to cancel their subscription in the future. Retention Retention rate refers to the percentage of customers (or revenue) that continue to use a subscription service over a given period, relative to the total number of customers or revenue at the beginning of that period.
