Migrating from Chargebee

Migrate your customers' billing information from Chargebee to OpenPay.

Export products and subscriptions from Chargebee

To get started, we’ll need exports of your products and subscriptions from Chargebee.

  1. In Chargebee, go to Settings > Import & Export Data.

  2. Under Product Catalog, click Download data.

  3. Next, export subscriptions: click Select criteria to export.

  4. Use the following criteria to export all active subscriptions:

  5. Once complete, download the ZIP files and share them with the OpenPay team.

Export customer and payment method data

  • We’ll also need exports of your customers and payment methods from Stripe or any other processor connected to Chargebee.

  • Please refer to the processor-specific export guide for detailed steps.
